Happy 10th Anniversary Spring Bay Bookies
We had a great time today at our celebration held at The Flame Restaraunt.
After the photo session (thanks Grant) we had a great meal.
I would like to add the service was wonderful and the foot was great.
After lunch we discussed The Girl She Used to Be by David Cristofano.
Debbie B was our hostess. We all enjoyed the book. Debbie shared some interesting facts about the witness protection program. I will say no more but check out this book.
Special thanks to the Illinois Prairie District Public Library director, board members, and the staff at Metamora library for your support and time Without your help, this club would not be celebrating 10 years. We appreciate your interest and support in our book club

We are so fortunate to have the support of the Illinois Prairie District Public Library director, board members, and the staff at Metamora library. Without your help, this club would not be celebrating 10 years. We appreciate your interest and support in our book club.

Congratulations!
You have won copies of NIGHT ROAD by Kristin Hannah for your book group discussion in our recent ReadingGroupGuides.com Registered Book Group Contest. The books should be arriving to you any day now, if they are not there already. Carol already has gotten some very enthusiastic notes from readers who have written as their boxes have arrived!
Thank you for being the point person for your group to get these books to your members. We appreciate it!
We are so happy that you have agreed to discuss this book at your January or February meeting! If you are looking for discussion questions for your meeting, please note that they are available on ReadingGroupGuides here:
As noted when we made this offer of books for your group, we look forward to reading your comments and feedback about NIGHT ROAD including anything special that your group explored during your discussion. These comments should be posted on Kristin Hannah’s Facebook page, the blog on KristinHannah.com, on your personal Facebook pages, Twitter accounts or blogs. We want to read what you have to say. By the way, NIGHT ROAD will be out in trade paperback on January 3rd so please share that news with your friends who may not be in your book group.
Here’s to great reading and a wonderful discussion. Enjoy!
All best,
Katherine
